「propose」的用法
當 propose 接動名詞時，意指建議。這樣的用法跟 propose 後面接 that 子句的意思是一樣的。

- Who proposed eating at this restaurant?
- I propose that we buy a smaller car.
- I propose buying a smaller car.
propose 接不定詞意指意圖或提議。
